All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every purchase from our collection. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date for most items in our collection. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be in its original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed or broken)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Return/Exchange Request

- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Email Content: Specify whether you’re requesting a return or exchange
- Order Information: Order number, date of purchase
- Items to Return/Exchange: List items with sizes and colors
- Reason for Return/Exchange
- Your Contact Information: Full name, email address, phone number, shipping address
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items you’re returning in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
Step 4: Ship Your Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Process
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your refund
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your refund
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear on your credit card statement. For PayPal payments, the refund will be processed through your PayPal account.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Sale items may have different return policies, which will be specified at the time of purchase
- International returns may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of the same item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you receive the desired item promptly.
For direct exchanges (subject to availability), please indicate this in your return request email. Exchange processing times are similar to our return process.
