These are the ONLY wrestling shoe that my son can wear because he has wide feet. He’s worn a 10.5 mens wide since 6th grade. Why are wide wrestling shoes so hard to find? He loves his old ones but he’s had them for 3-4 seasons now. I was ecstatic to see a newer updated version of these shoes until they arrived. The Asics logo design seems cheaply made and overall the quality is not the same. He tried them on and said they feel tight. The others fit like a glove from the beginning. Hopefully these he can break in. I guess at least they are affordable? Be nice if more brands realized wrestles sometimes do need a wider shoe and deserve options and the same quality.

The shoe fit perfectly with my feet, and I enjoy its stability, suitability for athletic activities, and overall support. I often do not have such an effortless error-free experience as I have had with buying and wearing shoes as I have with this. I rarely buy shoes online, but this experience went off without any issues. I would definitely buy Asics brand again and hope to see more of these shoes in the future, as well!

Fits perfect with wide feet. Just need to loosen laces. Low break in period

Really strange – the size (length) and toe box width felt right, but it felt like there was a vice grip in the middle of the shoe, squeezing the top of my foot – really cramped, borderline painful, no way I’d be able to work out in them. This was with the laces loosened.

No cushion or support. Should be sold as wrestling shoes.

I had to move from an 8 EE to a 9, but both crushed the shank of my foot at the part of the shoe called the vamp. Bad design.

The only wide wrestling shoe in the market. I use them for boxing. I’ve gone through every brand over years until I stumbled across this style. Every other shoe was too narrow. I’m on my 5th pair (about one every 2 years with consistent use). My only gripe is they discontinue occasionally and can be hard to find in after market.

My son has wide feet and this is the only wrestling shoe that fits him correctly. It only took one week of practices to break them in. I hope Asics never stops making this style.

Too narrow , too tight. Will need 2 sizes higher to fit

I ordered a size 9 wide, what i actually got was more like a 7 narrow but tag said 9 wide. Going with another brand now.

They fit well and are pretty cheap, its really important to me that the shoes are wide, and they are perfectly fitting. Also it seems to have a good build quality

Too narrow, so I attempted to exchange. When I say too narrow, even with the laces removed, my oldest son could not even get them on his feet. We are used to wrestling shoes being narrow and needing a break-in, but even with his thinnest socks, he couldnt even get them on. I attempted to exchange in store only to discover that the store was permanently closed, and the ASICS website was not updated with this information. As I am a OneASICS member, I asked for the free return label but customer service said they could not verify that I was signed into my account when I purchased the shoes. They provided a return shipping label but charged a restocking fee that was the same price as the return shipping. Not only was I unable to exchange the shoes in a timely manner, I will never again purchase from ASICS. I ended up ordering from RUDIS, much better customer service and the shoes fit as advertised.

The shoe is too narrow. I would to feel what an actual regular size would feel like

Excited about these new shoes they are wide fit, which I need and Im very happy with them.

Disappointed by zappos not the shoes. I ordered wides (in my order from zappos) and was sent mediums. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning and paying for a box to return when this was clearly zappos fault.

My 12yo son has very wide feet, and finding shoes that fit him is difficult. I was excited to find a wide wrestling shoes, and bought a size and a half bigger to be sure they’d fit. These shoes would have fit him in length and width, BUT he couldn’t even get his foot all the way in due to how “short” (vertical height) the shoe is in the area at the end of the laces and above where the ball of the foot should be. Might work for someone with a pancake foot, but not for normal people.
