- The ASICS® GEL-Pulse 16 shoes create the comfort you need to keep your mind focused on your workout. Whether you’re on a run or at the gym, these shoes offer good cushioning for a smooth feel. They are designed with an engineered mesh upper which improves airflow to keep your feet cool and also wraps your foot with a soft and comfortable fit. At least 20% of the shoe’s main upper material is made with recycled content to reduce waste and carbon emissions. They are made of an EVA insole and polyester lining. Underfoot, the FLYTEFOAM cushioning is paired with Rearfoot GEL technology for a lightweight and comfortable feel underfoot and improves impact absorption for a softer feeling at foot strike.

I would give this a 0 if I could! The website has the wrong image attached to the color description! I was going off of the picture when I ordered and wanted the Mineral Beige / Cream colored shoe but instead was delivered a White shoe. I ordered this ahead of time to make sure it would arrive before Christmas. When I called customer service the representative although was very nice there was no understanding to the issue and no resolution. Now I am out a Christmas present by the time the return and new item is shipped it will not be here on time. This company was high rated and its all my sister had asked for Christmas. She is a nurse there is no way I would gift her a white shoe. I hope they correct their website and avoid anyone else this issue.

These shoes were the perfect gift for my spouse. They are comfortable and allow plenty of space for her orthotics. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great walking/exercising shoe.

The shoes were a little too wide, but the real issue was the scratchiness of the fabric. It made my skin sore despite my wearing sport socks with them.
