These shoes felt instantly comfortable on the first wearing. There was no “breaking in” required. The shoes conform to my feet and feel very light weight. My first wearing was on a long and active day and I didn’t experience any ill affects from wearing new shoes.

ASICS has been my go to brand for years. I like the removable inserts where I can use my custom insoles. Zappos makes it easy to find my 8.5 with a wide width. Comfortable fit right out of the box.

The shoe has a hard bottom. Otherwise a good shoe. after a few months of walking 3-5 miles a day, Ill pay for more cushion next time
